All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans, which makes every piece unique. Minor variations such as irregular weaves, prints, or stitches are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects, as these items do not have the uniformity of machine-made products.

Despite these natural variations, Dhaagewali stands behind the quality of its products and offers returns or exchanges under specific conditions, as outlined below.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. We offer a 48-hour Return/Exchange policy, meaning you must initiate a request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. To be eligible for an exchange or return:

   • The product must be in the same condition as received

   • Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered

   • Original tags must be intact

   • Product must be returned in its original packaging

   • Proof of purchase is mandatory (order invoice)

   • An unboxing video of the package may be required

   Shipping charges for Return/Exchange are not covered by us.

5. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy

1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
