Refund & Re-shipment policy
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
Razorpay Refund Charges
Refunds are processed through Razorpay, which levies a 5% transaction fee. Accordingly, the refunded amount will be 5% less than the original payment amount.
Example:
If you paid ₹100, the refunded amount will be ₹95.
The refund processing time through Razorpay is approximately 7 working days.
